Cute side of the road sushi place with fun rolls. Nothing fancy, basically a food truck, but sushi seems fresh. Not so fresh, the guy sleeping in the fold up wagon caddy corner, behind the taco place, but to each their own?
Really fresh and delicious sushi. I lived in Japan for 25 years, and had not found any good sushi in Santa Fe. Jesushi is really good.....really good sushi. And what a great name- the owner is named Jesus... serving Sushi....Jesushi! Highly recommended.
The salmon sashimi here is just amazing and a BARGAIN at $16. I have been here several times now on my drive throughs although in truth I limit my intake to a straight hit of sashimi protein. And then I grab an espresso or, frankly, three at 35 North Coffee to make sure I don't dose off on my way to Flagstaff (Lund Coffee Flagstaff, 378 miles) or Amarillo (280 mi) as the case may be.
When I heard there was a food truck situated in a car wash parking lot in Santa Fe, I had my doubts. Then the recommendations and reviews started pouring in, so we had to try Jesushi. Now we are regulars! This is the freshest sushi imaginable. We have gotten take-out about 50 times and our dinners never ever EVER smell fishy. We don't know how Jesus does it, but he prepares the best sushi in Santa Fe. Call in your order and pick it up 20 minutes later. You will be impressed.

This sushi is fantastic! The crab ball has a good kick and I didn't realize it would be fried but it's so good! The sushi is fresh and taste like it. The people working at the truck were really polite and accommodated my modification no problem. The Mexico roll is super good! The jalapeño is real nice and has a little kick but overbearing. The fried scallop roll was creamy and Smokey and delicious.
This place is probably the best quality sushi in Santa Fe so don't be deterred that it is a food truck. The fish is is so fresh. The classic and specialty roles are all delicious. The owner is very friendly and runs the spot with his family. If you don't want to wait for your order you can call ahead.
Boyfriend and I decided to try it today. Did not disappoint. The sushi was exceptional and the guy and lady in the truck were friendly. We got the sexy and hot roll and spicy crab rice balls. So delicious and fresh. Our new favorite sushi place. Thanks guys
